What is it about 2024 that occasions so much dread?
2023 should have taught us about the need to temper fear with realism
Let’s first do a quick review of some key points from 2023, from the perspective of what was posted on this channel in Telegram.
🔘 Twice in 2023, China was spotlighted in the West as the source of a threatened new pandemic wave—back in January of 2023, and again in December of 2023.
🔘 James O'Keefe, then with Project Veritas, launched PfizerGate in January, wherein a Pfizer director admitted the company engaged in gain of function research.
🔘 New Zealand's Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, resigned suddenly in January.
🔘 Fauci resigned and was replaced by another avid lockdowner.
🔘 Some of the vax megalomaniacs began to plead for an amnesty.
🔘 Quebec stopped offering boosters to everyone under 60 years of age.
🔘 Silicon Valley Bank collapsed, leading to a short-lived scare of a wider banking crisis, but there was no repeat of the 2008 financial crisis.
🔘 Chinese interference in Canadian elections was exposed by whistleblowers in intelligence agencies. A major political crisis erupted in Canada, that has still not been resolved. By the fall, the next scandal was “NaziGate,” as the Canadian parliament gave a standing ovation to a Ukrainian Nazi collaborator.
🔘 Even mainsteam, establishment doctors, likePaul Offit said there “Certainly is a causal link between vaccination and Myo/Pericarditis”.
🔘 Vaccine uptake, across all vaccines, plummeted globally. Polls showed large percentages of people who knew persons who had died from the shots, or were seriously injured.
🔘 Excess deaths continue to increase internationally, almost exclusively in the most vaxxed nations in North America and Europe.
🔘 Novavax collapsed, and then Medicago. Pfizer and Moderna stocks lost massive value throughout 2023.
🔘 In April, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. formally announced he was running for president. He first ran as a Democratic candidate, and by the end of the year he switched to running as an Independent.🇺🇸
🔘 In June, the grand debate fiasco occurred, as Dr. Peter Hotez refused to debate RFK Jr.
🔘 Biden ended the Covid emergencies on May 11, including the travel ban against the unvaxxed.
🔘 Almost all lingering mandatory vaccination demands ended globally. Still, about 100 US universities and colleges persist with the requirement.
🔘 The UK held a Covid inquiry, and in Canada citizens held an independent National Citizens' Inquiry.
🔘 The “censorship-industrial complex” was exposed via the Twitter Files.
🔘 Inflation and interest rates continued to soar globally, as did fuel and food prices.
🔘 A secret Chinese biolab was discovered in a small town in California.
🔘 The Cochrane mask review makes waves, even in regime media. Fauci is forced to address it, and he dismisses it casually.
🔘 The modified RNA shots are revealed, throughout the year, in one damning paper after another, to have been severely compromised in terms of quality control. Plasmid DNA contamination emerges the top concern by the end of the year.
🔘 In the autumn of 2023, in North America, a massive propaganda campaign was launched, again around the threatened “tripledemic” of RSV, Covid, and the Flu.
🔘 In early December, the big vax news was the release of government data in New Zealand by a leaker, Barry Young. At this point the expired “health freedom movement” degenerated into competitive cliques, some of which ignored or dismissed unique data we never had in our possession until now.
🔘 The year ended with Alex Jones of InfoWar being exposed as a champion of the Covid shots. Thanks to Tucker Carlson, Vivek Ramaswamy, and Elon Musk, Jones shot to new levels of fame and recognition—and then he was outed by David Knight, using archived footage from Alex Jones' own television show.
🔘 For all of 2023, actors on all sides of the 3/11 conflict continued to publicly raise alarms about "the next one". They all predicted it would be much worse.
DREAD
The challenge is to not materialize negativity—and you already know what a powerful, collective, death wish we have. Like many others, I too had numerous dreams leading up to 9/11, such as one of being on a plane as it flew between skyscrapers in a downtown core (more than a few times I had that dream), or of a plane zooming past overhead as it dove down into a nearby park. I told others of these dreams, and we remembered them when 9/11 happened. In the three months before the WHO declared a “pandemic” on 3/11, I kept wishing for “something big” that would disrupt the routine and keep me from having to go to campus every week. Jean Baudrillard explained this as a deep desire that exists even among the powerful, for the destruction of that which has acquired so much power that it seems unnatural.
Alex Jones keeps announcing the start of World War III—two years after he started doing so. He now says “it has started”. One could be forgiven for thinking that he wants global thermonuclear war just so he can shout: "CALLED IT!" #AlexJonesWasRight
We have others who keep talking about the “demolition of the economy” so “they” can impose “CBDCs,” and that was the real aim of the “plandemic”. Yet, we have no CBDCs. Not only that, but the few places toying with CBDCs (in some cases where carrying cash risks one's life) are doing so well after the “plandemic,” and without any “demolition” of their economies. Besides, do you know of any capitalists that want to see their own economies being destroyed? If so, name them, and provide quotes with verifiable sources. The only alleged “econocide” of the past 500 years was the British termination of the slave trade in 1807, and the emancipation of slaves in 1834 (read Seymour Drescher for that)—but it is an argument that is full of holes.
Fear-mongering + grifting = profit + fame, is a successfully tried and tested formula for many actors, on all sides. Thus it’s not surprising that they become loudest on the eve of a new year, so they can position themselves as the ones who “called it”—having “called it” gives you credibility as some sort of super-psychic visionary, in other words, the most exciting side-show at the carnival or circus. Calling it means more people will buy tickets to hear the Great Gazoo make his pronouncements—and yes, many people really are that simple. The grifters are banking on it.
(The fact is that everyone makes at least some major predictions that turn out to be true, at least once in their lives. It reflects the power of a brain to rapidly combine and calculate all sorts of probabilities, something that may happen during sleep.)
Yet knowing that merchants of terror are determined to pump up the fear among audiences that crave the excitement of mayhem, and knowing that their fear porn is utter bullsh*t...still does not diminish my personal feeling that there is something “wrong” about 2024. Perhaps because, with the brief respite of 2023, there has been something “wrong” almost every year, at the very least since 9/11. Obviously the US presidential election is, and will continue to be, a major source of strife—that takes no predictive power to envision.
Personally, I know that the “unexpected” usually includes a great many good things and that the “unknown” can be the place of wonderful new opportunities. I plan to greet the unexpected and the unknown on those terms.
KEEP UP THOSE FEAR LEVELS FOR 2024!
And remember to buy supplements and a signed copy of my new book for that 360 degree win 😉
What failed to materialize as predicted by some during 3/11, is now being pushed into 2024: collapse of the economy (because capitalists hate working economies and love risk); CBDCs (note: the “pandemic” was supposed to usher these in...didn’t happen); Great Reset—again; global depopulation; AI and robots, etc. Some of the trends listed below are genuine and serious ones—but we have to beware the constant fear porn pushed by merchants of terrors who feed on clicks. Some of these predictions will be made again for 2025, then 2026, and 2027—until it becomes like North Korea threatening to start a nuclear war.
The central point of conflict below is the US presidential election, and that has already become abundantly volatile and acerbic. It is credible that some momentous strife is coming on that front. Let’s look at some sample headlines of what some expect for 2024:

REALISM
As a friend used to tell me whenever ideological wishful thinking squeezed out analysis: “it’s time you rejoined the reality-based community”. I loved this phrase, “reality-based community”...but then I discovered that it came from Karl Rove. The same friend cautioned me to look past the messenger, and in any case when you read the wider text from which it came it was probably the wisest thing Karl Rove ever said.
Fear-mongering does immense damage. And yet we still have to be cautious and alert. That makes for some very fine dividing lines.
How I would counter the Community of Dread, is by urging realism and recognition of some very basic realities as we enter 2024:
🔸 The “dominant elites,” almost everywhere, are in a badly weakened state and they know it. Their grip is weakening. They are becoming desperate, which makes them even weaker. They are starting to flail. They can sniff their own downfall, and some individual actors in key positions have already fallen. They are losing confidence, in themselves, their methods, and their tools. They resort to sharing science fiction scenarios with each other at the World Economic Forum. Some unfortunate types take them both literally and seriously.
🔸 World War 3? This is a favourite trope of the merchants of terror. Analyze things coldly and calmly: who exactly is willing to lose all their skin, and over what? Over Gaza? No. Over Iran? No. Over Ukraine? No. This is so far-fetched that we can safely assume that there will be no World War 3 in 2024, especially because we no longer have a human race that is willing to engage in bold, extreme acts of warrior prowess just for the sake of it.
🔸 Do you know what makes a capitalist? Capitalists’ primary concern is the accumulation of capital, and always more of it. They detest risk—they love safe investments and guaranteed returns. They flock to where they can find stability. They are not in the business of killing off their entire market, or annihilating the very economy that furnishes them with wealth and security. Stop it with juvenile fantasies of Armageddon, which only show that you have completely swallowed Hollywood’s fictions.
🔸 No nation can afford any more lockdowns. Just wipe lockdowns off the agenda—they won’t be happening again, likely never again during your lifetimes. There are, of course, far worse alternatives that are also more cost effective...but I don’t want to get into fear-mongering.
🔸 My bold predictions (knowing that predicting is a fool’s game) about what will undoubtedly be the “big news story” of 2024—the US elections: Donald Trump will not be the next president of the United States. Also, there will not be any civil war, regardless of who wins or even how they win.
🔸 Israel is not going anywhere. Stop pretending like it might, if you will it enough. Its existence is not up for debate; it’s not optional. People who cannot wrap their heads around this reality are in for a life of misery and misfortune. Israel will also likely clear all of Gaza of its Arab residents, or make life so unlivable there that they will eventually flee. Western humanitarianism will likely help engineer the latter outcome. Nobody in Israel is ever going to stand trial for “genocide”. The war in Gaza is effectively over, already. Hamas lost, and it’s on its way to extinction.
🔸 Russia is not your saviour. Putin could not care less about your interests. BRICS is not on your side. Stop celebrating Russia and China as if you were a citizen of either Russia or China, because it makes you look pretty damned stupid. It also suggests you might be a dependent infant looking for a new Master—also quite pathetic.
🔸 There could be a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine, because both sides have lost too much already, in return for too little. Russia is hiding its extreme pain, just like it did in Afghanistan, until it all seemed to collapse at the very end and the Russians fled. Russia cannot afford any long-term occupation of Ukraine, and Ukraine (and its backers) cannot afford a long-term war.
🔸 China will invade Taiwan if it wants to end China as we know it. It would be terrible for its global business, thus it will not happen. It’s much better to engage in continued spectacle and make people believe it could happen. China has had a great many opportunities, over the past decades, to invade Taiwan and it never has. Nothing about 2024 will introduce sudden novelty. What China might do is wait until it achieves unrivalled global dominance, and has turned the majority of the world’s states into dependent client states, and then make its move against Taiwan, and even then purely for symbolic purposes.
There are certain meta-assumptions about the human condition at work here, but it’s interesting to see how often they are borne out. One is that humans would prefer to expend as little energy as possible, to get as much as they desire. That leads to caution, not adventure. Another is that humans crave security, stability, and maybe special recognition. These qualities motivate strategizing, looking for safe bets, and living to see another day.
My conclusion is there a lot to be optimistic about 2024, and less room for fear, especially if it’s the kind of fear that debilitates you and causes you to either become paralyzed, or, at the other extreme, it prompts you to take impetuous, destructive actions. Calm and cool, calm and cool. Look at what is, and do not mistake it for what you think it ought to be.
